Okay, so for the final trial in the game, we're introduced to the Biology lab, right? Where all the corpses are preserved? Here's something I've been speculating for a while. All corpses, aside from Ikusaba are there apparently, even though each chamber isn't looked that. We just see the green light.
So wouldn't the whole Oowada being turned into butter be false? This is just something I've been trying to figure out for some time now.

Well, I actually think they kept his butter in the freezer, or maybe just a half-melted oowada?

I never actually thought about this before. That's really interesting to ponder. It's possible that there were remains left after he was turned into butter, like his skeleton or something. He was a pretty big guy, so I can't imagine that tiny little thing of butter was comprised of his entire being.

This really begs the question of how the Executions really work in general. Like, is there a separate area they occur right outside the courtroom? Where do the implements even come from, the same place? I wondered with SDR2's first execution a lot of these, but never considered the first game's. Are they actually happening as we, and the characters, see them? Besides the second to last one, which is definitely the case...and actually does have a set location considering how it ends. Like these seem to have obvious answers, but the general thing is something feels off about the executions compared to the rest of the game's reality, and the Biology Lab having the remains adds to it.

Where the executions take place is answered in Leon's execution. If you don't remember, he gets dragged down a long, long hallway to his particular execution. I don't know if EVERYONE gets dragged to their execution, but it's safe to say that there are most likely a series of rooms located right outside of the courtoom. If you take a look at this screenshot: You can see a series of curtains behind the characters. One is probably an entrance to the courtroom itself, but the others are hallways leading to the character-specific executions. There was a lot of planning involved in the School of Mutual Killing, so it would make sense that the specific execution methods were also taken into account and prepared beforehand. Keeping them contained to the school would also make it a lot easier to transport the bodies to the Biology lab as well. That being said, I'm pretty sure the executions happen how we see them.

(I realize this is a little old but I know at one point the mods wanted more activity so . . . more activity?)
The only problem with the courtroom curtains is that the trials take place on different floors, don't they? I feel like there was something stating that they went farther and farther down for each progressive trial. So would ALL of the Ironic Punishments be on EVERY floor, or, once a murder has taken place, would the murderer's execution be set up for them plus whatever the group execution method would have been (I can't imagine EVERYONE would've gotten an Ironic Punishment if the students got the answer wrong)?
That said, I had my suspicions on Mondo's remains as well, and I'm pretty sure it was something I picked up on when watching the anime. "Well yeah there's only going to be eight bodies, Mondo didn't leave one behind - Monokuma ATE HIM." And if there was some kind of remains left, where did those go? There was nothing left in the cage once the bike stopped moving - was he in that machine?
I'm also thinking it might be possible for the butter to BE all that remained - most of the human body is water, so if a lot of the water in Mondo's body evaporated as a result of the electrocution, wouldn't that reduce his total body mass?
